Changes to damage reporting procedure
If something has broken or been lost in your office or work environment, report this as soon as possible with the new damage reporting form. This means you should no longer report such incidents to verzekering@vastgoed.leidenuniv.nl.
You only have access to the new form if you have a ULCN account. Students and staff who do not have a ULCN account can continue to use the email address above to report damage. In this procedure we inform the insurance company and the object is replaced or repaired.
