eLaw publishes Self-assessment tool on age assurance for the European Commission
Simone van der Hof, Professor of Law and Digital Technologies at eLaw, and Mohammed Raiz Shaffique, Researcher and PhD candidate at eLaw, have published a Self-assessment tool on age assurance for the European Commission.
This Self-assessment tool, prepared in collaboration with the European Schoolnet, seeks to guide digital service providers on making decisions relating to age assurance in a rights-respecting manner, so that children can have a safe and enjoyable online experience. The tool consists of a Questionnaire and a Manual, and is available in the Better Internet for Kids+ portal.
