Transfer of personnel administration services Archaeology on March 19
As part of the efforts by Human Resource Management (HR Next Level project) towards digitisation and optimisation, on 19 March your faculty’s personnel administration services will be transferred to the Personnel Shared Service Centre (PSSC). The PSSC is located at Rapenburg 70.
The Service Point is part of the PSSC. As soon as the transition is complete, you can contact the PSSC Service Point for all your questions about issues such as terms of employment, payslips and annual leave. You can e-mail the Service Point at firstname.lastname@example.org, or alternatively call 071 527 6200.
Your personnel processes have also been added to the Service Portal: the online platform where you can carry out practically all your HR activities as of 19 March 2019. One big advantage is that you can find all the information you are looking for in one place. You can find the Service Portal on the homepage of the staff website.
The Service Portal offers the program ‘My staff movements’. New appointments, changes to existing appointments and resignation are all processed digitally using this program. The Service Portal also contains forms for supervisors and/or employees to report illness or recovery. Reporting illness or recovery should be done in accordance with existing agreements between supervisor and employee.
Following the migration on 19 March, you can count on the support team of the HR Next Level project, in addition to the PSSC Service Point. The Service Point and the support team are available during office hours to answer questions about the HR Service Portal and the program ‘My staff movements’
The support team can assist you remotely (over the phone and by taking over your screen). The team consists of: Merit Guldemond (06 221 57 057), Leonora van Hemert (06 233 41 365) and Liselore Tissen (06 220 07 635). The support team will be available for one month. After 19 April, the PSSC Service Point will remain available to answer all your questions about the Service Portal and ‘My staff movements’.
Leonora van Hemert (06 233 41 365) will be present on site at the Faculty of Archaeology.
