Possible error remote workplace (Citrix) after update Mac
Do you work from home using your own Mac? The ISSC asks you to please be cautious with the latest update to Apple macOS 10.15 (Catalina). Problems are known to arise when using the Citrix environment in combination with macOS 10.15.
If you have already installed the update on your device, you may get an error notification from Citrix.
To work at home after the update from your Mac, please install Citrix Workspace. Click on ‘Download File’ at the end of the page to install it.The problems with Citrix and macOS 10.15 appear to be solved after the installation.
If you have a (semi) managed Mac, the Citrix update will be offered to you via Managed Software Center.
