Will you win the Dutch Data Prize 2020? Deadline for nominations is 1 June

14 May 2020

Are you a researcher with a good example of shared data? Or do you know someone who is? You can nominate yourself, another researcher or a research group. Deadline for nominations is 1 June.

This year the Dutch Data Prize will be awarded for the sixth time, to a researcher or research group that has made a special contribution to science by making research data accessible for new or additional research. The prize consists of € 5,000 to make your dataset more accessible (for example by organizing a symposium or making data available online) and a sculpture. Just as in previous years, there will be a Data Prize in three categories: humanities & social sciences; exact & technical sciences and medical & life sciences.

Dutch Data Prize

The Dutch Data Prize is an initiative of Research Data Netherlands (RDNL), a national coalition of data archives: 4TU.ResearchData, SURFsara and DANS. The award ceremony will take place at NWO in The Hague on 18 November 2020.
