Put your teaching innovation into practice with a Comenius Grant
In these exceptional times, higher education is innovating quicker than ever. Have you been inspired to further develop your innovation and does this deserve a national podium? The Comenius Grant enables you to carry out innovation projects that help improve higher education.
If you would like to submit a proposal for one of the Comenius programmes, make a note in your diary of 23 June, from 13:00 to 15:00. This is when Leiden University is holding an online information session about the programmes.
Each year, three themes are determined for the Teaching and Senior Fellow grants; there is also a fourth, open theme. The themes for 2021 are:
- The first one hundred days of the student
- Working on societal issues
- Successful graduation
- Free theme – across the breadth of the Strategic Agenda for Higher Education and Research: ‘Fit for the Future.’
The calls for proposals Comenius Programme 2021 are now online available on the NRO website. The deadlines for the letters of intent are at the start of September.
If you are interested in submitting a proposal in the next round or have questions about the procedure, please contact Anne Terra Verhage (policy officer at the Strategy and Academic Affairs Directorate) or Kathelijne Smits (Subsidies Advisor at Student and Educational Affairs).
