Are you experiencing connection problems with remote education tools?

Many teachers and students worldwide use remote education tools such as MS Teams and Kaltura. This intensive load unfortunately may result in short-term delays/outages. The ISSC actively monitors the capacity of the tools.

  • If you encounter an issue during teaching please contact the ISSC by phone on +31 71 527 8888 (weekdays 8:30-17:30­). Choose the menu option for teachers and you will be directly connected to the relevant experts.

Additional support for online and blended education

Multifunctional teams have been put together to provide support in various aspects of blended (hybrid) education. For all didactic questions, both faculty and central (CFI / ICLON) support for teachers has been extended.
