ICT Teacher Support Desk quickly assists

14 September 2020

The ISSC helpdesk has been substantially expanded since  September 1st with a dedicated IT support facility for teachers.

There is a wide range of technical tools available for teachers engaged in blended education. To support you in learning about and applying these tools, 12 working students are available to support teaching staff, so you won't have to wait long in a queue.

  • Is an app not working properly?
  • Do you not have sound?
  • Need help with installing software?
  • Or do you have an IT-related teaching question?

Call the helpdesk +31 71 527 8888 (workdays 8:30-17:30).
You will hear different selection options. Select 'teacher support' and you will be directed to the ICT Teacher Support Desk.
Are you in a hurry? You can record your number here to be called back.

If necessary, backup support from technical experts is always available to the working student on call.

Do you require additional support for online and blended education?

The ISSC works closely with the Centre for Innovation and other knowledge centres to provide the best assistance for teachers, both in the field of ICT and in the field of didactics.
