Tip: Teams Breakoutrooms
Do you wish to break up into smaller groups during a Teams meeting? You can now use the new function Breakout Rooms for this. The Teams meeting organiser can split the participants up into groups, and later reunite them with the rest of the group. This is particularly useful for teachers who wish to let their students work together in groups. The breakout function is also useful for other meetings or webinars, of course.
This new functionality is in development and not yet widely available for Teams users. It means that the use of Breakout Rooms is subject to the following conditions:
- Only employees and students with a ULCN account can use Breakout Rooms
- Meeting organisers and participants all need to have the newest version of Teams installed
