Are you unable to log into applications such as Remindo, Brightspace or the Helpdesk Portal?

  • Close all windows in your browser(s).
  • If that doesn’t help, clear your browser’s cache and cookies.

Avoid this problem in the future
You can avoid this problem by always closing your browser(s) once a session has expired or you have logged out. Always shut down your computer completely at the end of the day.
