The Active Bystander
Sometimes you observe behaviour that you have reservations about. That undesirable behaviour may be intentional, but it doesn't have to be. Naming the undesirable behaviour and making it open for discussion is the first step towards change. The award-winning workshop 'Active Bystander' teaches employees to name that undesirable behaviour and make it open for discussion. Would you like to learn? There is still room on Tuesday, 26 January between 09:30 - 10:45 hours and between 11:30 - 12:45 hours.Read more and apply
Absence interviews with employees
This workshop is available to managers or supervisors. How you communicate with an absent employee has an effect on the course of absenteeism. Conducting absence interviews requires good interviewing and motivational techniques. Discover how you can communicate in a positive but direct way with an absent employee, or someone who is at risk of absenteeism. The workshop will take place on 11 February between 09:00 - 13:00 hours. Will we see you there?Read more and apply
