This workshop is available to managers or supervisors. How you communicate with an absent employee has an effect on the course of absenteeism. Conducting absence interviews requires good interviewing and motivational techniques. Discover how you can communicate in a positive but direct way with an absent employee, or someone who is at risk of absenteeism.
