How do you stay fit in these challenging times? And how does being active increase your physical and mental health? That is where we would like to focus on during the first Healthy University- Let’s Walk Week 2021, which will take place from 1 to 5 March 2021!
After a successful Healthy University week in October 2020 we are back again! See below the schedule for our spring activities taking place from March 1st-5th as part of Healthy University- Let's Walk! Register now, because full = full.
Due to the corona measures, Healthy University- Let's Walk Week 2021 will take place online, however that has not held Healthy University Leiden back from creating a program full of interesting inspirational sessions, office work-outs and sports lessons.
During this week the most popular activities from the Healthy University Week will be on offer. Start your day with yoga, step away from your laptop for a 20 min office work-out and feel inspired during one of the lunch sessions about movement, energy and balance. Which activities will you be joining?

Join our walking competition in the Ommetje app. Challenge your colleagues from March 1st to April 30th to as many ommetjes as possible as part of our walking competition (our unique company code will be communicated in due course).
With your walks you can win, as an individual, faculty or department together, many prizes! Join in!
