Do you need a new software version on your work computer or laptop? Or do you want to install additional programs from the Software Center? Now here's a temporary solution so you don't have to come to the university to connect to the network.

Request access to VPN connection

ISSC can give you temporary access to a special VPN connection to update your Mac or Windows computer. Request this access by calling or emailing the ISSC helpdesk. After the helpdesk approves your request, you can install and use VPN with the help of the manual. You can find the manual in the helpdesk portal at "Update workstation (Windows) via VPN".

You choose when you want to install the updates. Please note: access to the VPN connection is only temporary and will be automatically withdrawn the following Sunday night.
