From now on you can log in to Formdesk using your ULCN account, when you've already got a Formdesk account. No Formdesk account yet? Please send your request to the ISSC helpdesk.
You can use Formdesk to create online forms for such uses as events and requesting feedback (surveys).
Qualtrics for research only
