Brightspace sign-in process extra secure
From 22 March the sign-in process for Brightspace will be extra secure for lecturers and guests.
You will then have to complete an extra step when signing in, using what is known as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
What do you need to do?
- activate MFA through your Account services page
- choose the button/tile Multi Factor Authentication
- choose the NetIQ application or private e-mail
Make sure to do this before 22 March; otherwise you won’t be able to sign in to Brightspace without using MFA.
See the support site for more information on MFA and Brightspace. Or watch the instruction below.
