Eligibility and procedure
For more information on eligibility and the application procedure, see the LUF site.
First generation
First-generation students and researchers have much less access to networks within Leiden University and outside. And they often lack financial means for their research or studies. A first-generation researcher is a researcher whose parents did not go to university.
LEF: equal opportunities for all
The aim of the Leiden Empowerment Fund (LEF) is to enable all students and researchers at Leiden University to realise their ambitions by creating an academic environment with equal opportunities for all.
