New ASSC tiles in helpdesk portal
The helpdesk portal has a new Administrative Shared Service Centre (ASSC) tile. Here you will find information on human resources, financial services and DIA (post and archiving). To access the helpdesk portal, go to the staff members website and click on the ‘helpdesk portal’ button.
The ASSC’s aim is to provide its services in one central area. It will keep you updated of developments.
Find your answer in the search bar
Type a keyword such as ‘report sick’ or ‘expense claim’ in the ‘Find your services, frequently asked questions and previously submitted requests’ search bar to find the relevant knowledge base items. This may already answer your question. If you feel a topic is missing, please provide feedback. This will help make the knowledge base even better.
Ask a question
If you can’t find an answer to your question, click on the relevant tile (Human Resources, Financial Services or DIA) and select ‘Ask a question’. You will receive a ticket number in your mailbox and can then follow your request in the ‘My requests’ tile.
