Staff survey: workplace stress, workplace safety and Covid
On Monday 17 May you will receive an email from the Executive Board inviting you to take a university survey. This will cover topics such as workplace stress, workplace safety and work in the post-Covid world. The university would welcome your opinion on these subjects.
The topics in the survey are very important to the Executive Board, and the results will give some insight into what is at play at Leiden University. The results will help shape policy, also within the scope of the strategic plan. Participation in the survey is fully anonymous. You can complete the survey from 17 to 28 May. We hope that you will take the time to do so. Keep an eye on your inbox for further information.
We will analyse the initial findings and themes before the summer, and will publish the results of an extensive analysis after the summer.
