Additonal authentication for business management systems
As of 1 June 2021Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) will be implemented for university systems as Service Portal and Planon, which means that from this date additional authentication is mandatory for each login to these systems. See all systems which require MFA>>>
Set up MFA in time
If you have not yet set up an additional authentciation method, please do this as soon as possible. First navigate to Account Services: https://account.services.universiteitleiden.nl. Then click 'Multi-Factor Authentication' to navigate to the setup portal for MFA.
