Recognition and Rewards: complete the survey by 20 June
Last week all our academic staff received an email inviting them to take a survey on recognition and rewards. This topic was frequently mentioned in the first dialogue for the strategic plan.
Ambitions
The survey will provide input that will help prepare advice to the Executive Board. The position paper Academia in Motion: Recognition and Rewards at Leiden University was published at the start of the year. The paper was the result of the many discussions that the members of the Recognition and Rewards Steering Group held at the faculties.
Your input is important
We would greatly appreciate your input on the ambitions and dilemmas outlined in this paper. Your feedback will help us develop a shared vision and translate this into concrete goals.
More information
For more information on the survey, please contact Vincent Wolters.
