Do you use Skype for Business? Microsoft will stop supporting Skype for Business on 31 July 2021 because all functions have been taken over by Microsoft Teams. Teams has been successfully introduced at Leiden University in the past year. For most staff members, Teams is now the most important tool for communication and cooperation, along with Outlook.

Like with Skype for Business, Teams offers: chat, online meetings, (video) calls, file management and project space. In addition, Teams provides a useful, clear interface and excellent integration with other Office services.
