Meeting up with your colleagues during opening faculty year

Dear colleague,
The summer holidays are approaching, a period of well-deserved rest for everyone.
This summer we do not have to prepare for complicated or double scenarios: as a university, we have decided, with the knowledge of today, to focus on a 'normal' academic year. Despite the uncertainties, it is a nice prospect: back to the campus without restrictions!
In the coming days, we still might see each other online, but after the holidays we will hopefully see each other face-to-face again.
Therefore, I would like to invite you to an open-air reunion at the opening of the faculty year on Wednesday 8 September from 4 PM (16:00) onwards in the Hortus botanicus.
For organisational reasons, we would like to know now if you will be attending via this form.
Yes, I would like to come to the Hortus botanicus for the reunion with colleaguesIf there are any restrictions announced during the corona press conference on 13 August, we will come up with an alternative.
