Update about the printing problems
The last couple of weeks there were problems with printing. These were due to a security issue with the Microsoft-servers responsible for printing. Since this week it is possible again to print from your university laptop or desktop computer.
As of August 19, it was still not possible to print from the remote environment (Citrix). In the course of this week, however, printing will be turned on for the remote environment as well.
Adding new printers is also possible again, but works differently than before. You should now find a new icon on your desktop called 'Printing: Enable driver installation'. After you clicked it, you have 10 minutes time to install a new printer.
