Registering activities abroad in uSis
Are your students going abroad for study-related activities? If so, from 15 September onwards, they must register their activity in uSis via the new ‘Study Abroad’ tile. Study-related activities include, for example, internships, clinical clerkships, fieldwork, conferences or any activity that is associated with their studies, or for which they receive university funding or scholarships.
Important step
Registration is an important step as it allows the university to contact students in case of emergencies. When applying for exchange, students will also use the uSis Study Abroad tile in future.
There is a user manual available (in Dutch) for the new Study Abroad uSis module (Mobility Management out). If you have any questions, please contact your faculty’s international exchange officer.
