This Prize is open to students preparing a Master degree (first or second year) in a Law Faculty of one of the member States of the Council of Europe or of an observer State to the CEPEJ. It complements the existing Crystal Scales Justice Prize, which aims at discovering and highlighting innovative and efficient practices concerning the functioning of justice, judicial procedures or the organisation of courts
