Are you interested in setting up partnerships with universities outside the European Union, or in exchanges of students and staff with organisations beyond the EU borders? Apply for the Erasmus+ International Credit Mobility (ICM) subsidy. Let the subsidy advisor know that you are interested in the 2022 Call before 2 December by sending in your 'Expression of Interest'. The European Erasmus+ ‘International Credit Mobility’ (KA 171) programme facilitates the exchange of bachelor’s and master’s students, PhD candidates and staff with universities outside the European Union.

Internal deadlines:

• Expression of Interest sent to subsidy advisor: 2 December 2021
• Results pre-selection available: 14 December 2021
• First draft: 20 January 2022
• Final version: 14 February 2022

The publication of the Erasmus+ Call for Proposals is expected later this year. Some significant changes already have been announced by the National Agency, for example concerning the budget regions. Contact the subsidy advisor well in time if you need more detailed information.

Please be aware that each ICM project requires good coordination from both the applicant and the partner university. The SEA International Relations subsidy team gives you guidance, please also involve your faculty’s international office as early as possible.
