Requesting furniture for working from home via Service Portal

After a year and a half of working as much as possible from home, we are moving increasingly towards a form of hybrid working independent of the location. If you need particular furniture to work at home, you can request this – under certain conditions – from 15 November via the Service Portal.

Refurbished or secondhand furniture

In view of our vision on sustainability, the furniture we provide will be refurbished or secondhand. This means there is no choice of model or colour.

Going live in phases

Some faculties and units already have access to the tool in the Service Portal. From 15 November, staff at the ASSC and Administration and Central Services will join them. At a later stage, it will also be possible to request ICT equipment, such as a laptop, via this tool. Your faculty or department will tell you more about this.
