Restrictions on using uSis between 12.30 and 17.00 on 15 and 16 December
Restrictions
uSis will not be available between 12.30 and 13.00 on 15 and 16 December. Users who are logged in at 12.30 will automatically be logged out. In the hours that follow, you will be able to log on via a ticketing system. This may mean that it takes some time to log in to the system. Please only use uSis if this is extremely urgent, and only perform actions that won’t require much capacity.
Why is this?
On 15 and 16 December registration opens for bachelor’s and master’s courses and exams in the second semester. It may become so busy in the first few hours after registration opens that uSis becomes overloaded. A ticketing system will therefore be used to protect uSis and ensure users know where they stand.
Background information
Within the Harmonisation of Educational Logistics programme, a new, optimised registration process has been developed in collaboration with the faculties. One aspect of this is ensuring that as of the 2021/2022 academic year the registration period for all students has a clear and unambiguous start date. A ticketing system needs to be used to prevent uSis from becoming overloaded at this peak time.
Questions?
If you have any questions about the ticketing system and its use, please contact the ISSC Helpdesk.
