Infrastructure maintenance: SAP systems unavailable on Saturday morning, 2 April
On Saturday 2 April, from 9:00 to 12:00 noon, system maintenance is scheduled on the infrastructure that the SAP environments run on. As a result, the SAP systems including Self Service and the Service Portal will be unavailable: this means the order area, HR area, sales area, approval of payment, expense claims, P&D interviews, online registration for staff courses. The systems are expected to be available again at around 12.00.
If you want to order something, register online for a course or approve an invoice, make sure to do so by Friday evening, 1 April. Otherwise, you will have to wait until after the system maintenance has been carried out.
