Registration open: 4th International Moot Court Competition from 5-7th August, 2022
SVKM’s NMIMS Kirit P. Mehta School of Law, Mumbai is organising its 4th International Moot Court Competition from 5-7th August, 2022. On account of the ongoing pandemic situation, the competition will be conducted in a hybrid mode this year. We courteously extend an invitation to your esteemed institution to participate in our Competition.
The theme for the event this year is “International Crimes” and the exhilarating proposition unravels the contours of war crimes and crimes against humanity. We take pride in announcing that the proposition has been drafted by one of the esteemed experts in the field of crimes, Mr Ankoosh Mehta, Partner (White Collar Crimes), Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
After the tremendous success of the previous edition of the competition which was held in August, 2021 (virtually) wherein we had the participation of 41 institutions from various parts of the world including international institutions like NUS Singapore, Manchester University, APIIT Sri Lanka and others. The prize money for the last edition of the event was INR 1.45 lakh along with other accolades for the teams in kind. The event was glorified by the presence of dignitaries from the Ministry of Commerce, the Supreme Court of India, several High courts and distinguished law firms.
Pursuant to our efforts in conducting the event this year, we hereby release the Moot Proposition and the Rule Book for the event. Further, we declare Provisional Registration open hereby.
