Digital developments in the field of HR, as in other fields, are constantly evolving. Therefore, following other Faculties, FdA will switch to a digital recruitment and selection process, the so-called e-recruitment system SuccessFactors (SF). Through this e-recruitment system, the process of placing a vacancy until the selection of the final candidate will be supported digitally.

The new system has a number of advantages. Most manual actions are no longer necessary, sending emails will become more efficient and the recruitment process is more transparent. Moreover, at any time up-to-date insights can be obtained into the status of the recruitment and selection process.

Finally, applicants will experience a more professional, and therefore more customer-friendly, way of applying for a position at our Faculty.
