Support for students at Student Well-Being Week
How can we help our students stay mentally and physically fit? During Student Well-Being Week from 14 to 18 November, the University is offering a host of activities to help students look after and talk about their own well-being.
With a wide range of more than 70 activities in both Leiden and The Hague, there is something for everyone to choose from. From workshops in time management, better sleep or coping with study stress to athletic activities like bouldering, kickboxing or ice skating. And for students looking to relax and socialise, the programme includes walks, meditation lessons and a visit to the cat café.
