Results Personnel Monitor 2022 known: what's next?

The results of the Personnel Monitor have been published. Everybody has been able to access the results since Monday. You will have received information about this in a personal e-mail sent by Effectory. The Faculty Board would like to invite everyone to take the time to go over the results.

Results FGGA

For FGGA, it has become clear that staff members appreciate their immediate work surroundings and that they experience autonomy. Clear agreements have also been made about working from home and these seem to be working.

People still experience very high levels of work pressure and communication to do with important developments could be improved. Unfortunately, the outcome of the survey also shows that unwanted behaviour is an ongoing concern.

Subsequent steps

In the new year, we would like to start a conversation with you and with each other to see what kinds of actions can be taken based on the survey. In order to do this, we plan to organise several sessions. We will obviously keep you informed. Should you have any questions in the meantime, do not hesitate to contact your manager.

Webinars for managers

A webinar will be organised for managers on Tuesday 10 January (08.30 – 09.30 hours in Dutch) and on Thursday 12 January (10.00 – 11.00 in English). During these sessions, the following questions will be addressed: How to interpret the outcome of the survey. And: how to address these results with your team. Both webinars will also be recorded and made available to the participants afterwards. For support in addressing the outcome of the monitor, managers can also contact their HR advisor.
