How your used paper towel will soon become toilet paper
Did you notice the new rubbish bins near the toilets for used paper towels? These are no ordinary rubbish bins. Your used towels are not just waste but the start of something new! The university is going to use them as the raw material for recycled toilet paper.
Until recently, they were collected for incineration. This new approach will help us protect the environment. For its success, it is crucial that the rubbish bins remain free of other waste. We are committed to a clean waste stream, so please help by only using these bins for paper towels.
