How cyber safe are you? Take the survey and you could win an iPad
How cyber safe and privacy aware do you think Leiden University is? And how can we support you even more in this? To answer these questions, we are holding an awareness survey. The results will allow us to make targeted improvements so we can create a digitally resilient organisation together. This is your chance to have a say. The questionnaire will only take 10 minutes to fill in but this will have a huge impact on our university.
Take the survey and you could win an iPad – or another great prize
The survey is open until Tuesday 30 April 2024. And as a survey participant, you stand to win great prizes such as an iPad 2022, an erasable notebook or a VVV voucher. Participation is fully anonymous: no personal data will be requested or processed for the survey. For a chance to win one of the prizes, you can fill in a separate form after completing the questionnaire.
Your voice has an impact
The awareness survey is the initiative of the SURF ICT association and is being conducted at some 30 Dutch research and educational institutions. It will help us see where Leiden University stands compared to other institutions and how our sector is faring as a whole. It will also allow us to provide our staff with targeted support to meet their security and privacy needs. All the more reason to participate!

How to enter the prize draw
If you have taken the survey and want to enter the prize draw, fill in this form. By filling in the form, you indicate that you have taken the awareness survey. We will not be able to see the answers you gave in the survey; they will remain anonymous.
