Since 1 January 2024, Leiden University is a contributing member of The Conversation, an international not-for-profit news platform, which focuses on sharing scientific knowledge with a wide audience. Membership gives our Leiden scientists a springboard to more international press. The Conversation also provides various forms of media training for scientists and communication specialists from member universities.

On Thursday 11 April from 15.15 - 16.30 hours, The Conversation will give an online presentation to get acquainted with their activities, working methods and opportunities for Leiden scientists (language English). The presentation will last an hour, afterwards there will be a 15-minute opportunity for questions. More information and the registration link can be found on the staff website.
