AI Cocreation Lab participants announced
Twenty-three proposals were submitted in response to the call to submit ideas for how AI can help you work smarter. The jury selected 13 that will be further developed in the AI Cocreation Lab.
Among these were six similar ideas about developing an AI solution that answers FAQ or uses a chatbot to automate processes. The jury therefore decided to hold an extra AI Cocreation Lab for Chatbots.
The following proposals were selected for the AI Cocreation Lab:
- Leiden Law School - ICT & Education: Audio transcription
- Leiden Law School - Criminal Law & Criminology and Tax Law & Economics: AI-assisted marking
- Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences - Psychology: Overview of research proposals on the website
- Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences - Psychology: Feedback tool for academic writing
- Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences - Personal Development Centre: Live planner for rearranging groups in response to curriculum changes
- Administration and Central Services - HR: Personas for recruitment and job market communication
- Administration and Central Services - HR & Communication: Digital panel for training and communication needs
The following proposals were selected for the AI Cocreation Lab for Chatbots:
- Leiden University College - The Hague
- Leiden Law School - Office for International Education
- Faculty of Humanities - Education Administration Offices
- Faculty of Humanities - Leiden University Centre for Digital Humanities
- Faculty of Science - Institute of Environmental Sciences
- Administration and Central Services - Service Centre International Staff
All applicants have been informed about whether their application has been accepted or rejected, and if so why. The first AI Cocreation Lab session will start on Tuesday 20 May.
