A webinar on the NWO Veni programme is being held on Thursday 26 June, 13.00 to 15.00. Are you a recently graduated researcher and are you thinking of writing an application for the next call with the pre-proposal deadline early September 2025 (deadline full proposal Jan 2026) or next year? Then please join the webinar hosted by the Grant Development Team.

This session will not be recorded but we will send a summary of the Q&A items discussed. Information on how to register can be found at the bottom of this page.

The webinar

The NWO Veni programme is aimed at researchers at an early stage in their career. It gives talented researchers the opportunity to conduct independent and innovative research.

In this session we will focus on the pre-proposal submission and assessment but we will also explain the full 2-step application procedure for all domains. For the pre-proposal you need to submit a narrative CV and a very short project idea. There might be some differences compared to last year which will become clear once the call text is published by NWO. We have invited a laureate and a committee member who will give their experience and valuable tips for writing an application. Of course you can ask all your questions you might have.
