The Employee Experience Survey ran from 6 to 28 May. It provides insights into job satisfaction within the organisation: what is going well and where there is room for improvement. For the organisation as a whole, the response was 55%. Thanks to everyone who took the time to take the survey.

Winning teams

The two teams with the highest response are:

• Science Communication and Society, Institute of Biology Leiden (5-10 staff).
• Student Affairs Front Office, SEA (more than 10 staff).

You can view your results in your personal dashboard by logging in to Welliba for staff. Managers have received an email with access to the dashboard for managers.

What next?

The results are being processed and the first findings will be shared before the summer. Check the staff members website for updates. A webinar will be held for managers in the first week of June explaining how to get started with your team’s results.
