Making science open together: take the Open Science Engagement survey

18 September 2025

In the week of 22-26 September, we celebrate the national Open Science Week at Leiden University. Are you involved in conducting, teaching, advising on, or supporting research related activities at Leiden University? Then give your input by taking the Open Science Engagement survey, so we can jointly develop how Open Science evolves in our university.

In 2023, the Open Science Community Leiden (OSCL), together with the University Library and Academia in Motion, ran a survey to better understand the state of Open Science at our university. In this year's follow-up, we are asking you to give your input once again. Your feedback will help us see how our community engages with Open Science and identify ways to grow and improve. The results can help guide the development of resources and services from initiatives offered at Leiden University, making sure they truly support your needs.

Interested in the results?

In the spirit of Open Science, we want to show that we value your input and give back to the community. That’s why you can now explore the resources linked to the survey on GitHub (link) and interact with the data yourself through this dashboard.
