Strategic Growth – FGGA Faculty Board invites your proposals
As announced earlier, the Faculty Board is working on a follow-up to the Strategic Plan. For the theme ‘Strategic Growth’, we are looking for your ideas!
The proposals should identify FGGA’s growth potential and how it can be leveraged. They should contribute to innovation and profiling, and initiatives are expected to strengthen external collaboration. Proposals should also demonstrate benefits, whether in societal impact, student numbers, staff, or other areas.
For each selected initiative, 0.5 FTE for 2 years will be made available, enabling successful proposals to quickly deliver tangible results and become sustainably embedded within FGGA.
Have a good idea? You can participate by:
- Informing your institute board that you intend to submit a proposal and providing a brief outline;
- Developing your proposal and summarising it in the proposal form;
- Submitting the completed proposal form by 15 January 2026 to Jantien Hadders at j.g.hadders@fgga.leidenuniv.nl with CC to Anne Christine de Haan at a.m.c.de.haan@fgga.leidenuniv.nl
