Employee council Administration and Central Services wishes everyone happy holidays
The year is coming to an end and we would like to take this opportunity to wish you all a Merry Christmas and an inspiring New Year. At the same time, we want to share who we are and what we are committed to. We are the employee council of the Administration and Central Services and we are committed to participation, transparency and involvement of all colleagues. Together we ensure that the voice of staff members is heard in important themes such as: work pressure, social safety, organizational development and the budget.
Who are we?
Ronald Grootveld
I work as an Information Security Officer at the Security Office (Information Management Directorate) and have been chairman of the employee council since September. I like to think about organizational challenges from the perspective of the employee. Transparency and employee participation are important to me. ‘Do you have a question, idea or do you want to discuss something? Please contact us – we are here for you.’
Gaurie Shriemissier
I work at the Finance Department and believe in the power of inclusivity and diversity. For me, it is important that all employees feel heard and valued. ‘Together we can work towards an organization that embraces diversity and offers everyone equal opportunities.’
Eva Sweep
I am a policy advisor for education at Strategic and Academic Affairs (SAZ) and a member of the employee council since September. My motivation: to create an environment in which all employees feel welcome and valued. ‘We need your input to make room for different perspectives.’
