Notifications for open workflow tasks in BAS InSite
The sending of notifications from BAS InSite for all personal outstanding items within the HR, Purchasing, and Invoicing processes will start shortly. The purpose of these notifications is to actively alert you to outstanding tasks, ensuring processes run faster and more smoothly.
To support this, you will henceforth receive a weekly email when tasks remain open that have not been completed for more than two working days. This email includes a link to BAS InSite to allow employees to address the outstanding tasks immediately.
The implementation of notifications was set up partly at the request of the organization. We understand that not everyone needs the emails, but with this approach, we aim to make the process clearer for everyone and optimize the workflow.
