New Ans release comes with improvements for teachers and students
On August 16, our digital testing tool Ans issued a new release with various improvements for both teachers and students.
Improved question overview during test creation
When composing a test, the search bar at the top remains visible in the question overview on the left. The summary of the number of questions also remains at the bottom of the screen. This makes it easier to keep an overview while scrolling through the questions.
Changes to the Question Bank
In the Question Bank overview, the Tag and Learning Objective filters are only shown when they are set up. In addition, the Author filter appears when multiple authors have worked on questions. A new filter has also been added: Last used. This allows you to easily see if a question has been used in the past year, more than a year ago, or has never been used.
Enhanced digital notepad for students
The digital notepad will now open next to the key. Students can close and reopen the notepad without losing their notes. This makes digital note-taking easier, and some tests may no longer require handing out paper scrap paper.
Custom key navigation
The navigation during the test has been adjusted. The question numbers are now displayed on the left side of the page, making it easier for students to navigate through the test.
