Last Chance: Work Smarter Together with Teams
Smarter collaboration = more clarity and less work pressure
Sound familiar?: Where did I save that document again? Which version is the right one? And should I send this by email or post it in Teams?
These small moments of searching and coordinating may seem harmless, but together they can cost quite a bit of time and energy. Using Teams effectively means less searching, fewer emails, less hassle and a clearer overview.
For example:
- Collaborating in a single document instead of emailing different versions back and forth.
- Agreeing on where information and documents should be stored.
-
Knowing when to use a chat message and when to post in a Teams channel.
A few clear agreements within your team can make a big difference. The visual guide Visual Basic principles using MS365 tools can help you get started.
