If you have lost something in or around the University, look on iLost to see if it’s been found. You can collect your lost property from a reception.
How does it work?
- If your lost property is on the list on iLost, click on ‘Claim item’. You will be asked a few control questions to make sure the item is returned to its rightful owner. You can choose to collect the item free of charge from a reception or to pay to have it sent to your home.
We don’t keep lost property indefinitely. Items with a maximum value of 450 euros that have not been claimed after three months will be destroyed or donated to charity. Items with a higher value will be kept for one year.
For any questions, please contact one of the receptions.
Leiden University does not accept liability for the loss of personal property in or around the University.
