Event locations
If you would like to hire a location for a (festive) occasion or reception, Leiden University has a wide range of locations. They are suitable for a variety of activities: meetings, workshops, dinners, receptions or parties. There are also various catering options.
Organising an event
Maybe you want to organise a workshop for ten people? Or are looking for the right location for a symposium with 200 participants? Leiden University has a wide range of locations. More information about each location (e.g. room capacity) can be found by clicking on the location’s link.
Events Office
If you would like to have the workshop or event organised on your behalf, please contact the Events Office. If you only want to hire a location, you should contact the location’s room manager yourself.

Other locations
In addition to the University’s locations, there are other locations in Leiden that are suitable for a congress or event:
