Brown Eyes Blue Eyes training course for lecturers and supervisors

Preferably, all participants of the D&I training programme should have completed the Brown Eyes Blue Eyes training course before starting the programme. A maximum of 27 participants can take part in the training course. This training course is also open to people who do not wish to take part in the other components of the training programme.

Target group

The training is intended for all departments, committees and teams within the university.

N.B. The training offer focuses on units and not individual registration to promote manners, dialogue and good conversation within teams, units or colleagues with similar functions.

Workload and number of participants

Two half-day course, comprising:

  • One half-day session for the Brown Eyes Blue Eyes exercise
  • One half-day session for discussing the exercise
  • After four to six weeks: a 2.5-hour follow-up and evaluation session
  • One-hour intake
  • One-hour evaluation

Brown Eyes Blue Eyes is one of three training courses specially for lecturers and supervisors, but it can also be completed as a stand-alone course.

Preferably, all participants of the D&I training programma should have completed the Brown Eyes Blue Eyes training course before starting the programme.
