Intercultural competences for lecturers and supervisors

In this training program you will gain in-depth insights into your own culture and the behaviors that result from it. In this way you become more aware of your own standards, values and attitude. The ultimate goal is to convert the insights into forms of guidance.

Target group

The training is intended for all departments, committees and teams within the university.

N.B. The training offer focuses on units and not individual registration to promote manners, dialogue and good conversation within teams, units or colleagues with similar functions.

Workload and number of participants

The time investment is as follows:

  • Preferably 1 day before the argumentation training takes place.
  • 1 hour intake
  • 1 hour evaluation

In this training there is room for a maximum of 27 people.

Other information

This training is part of a trajectory of 3 training courses for teachers and supervisors, but can also be followed as an individual part. Participants should preferably have attended the Brown Eyes Blues Eyes training prior to this.
